The pandemic is displaying no stopping by at this moment and the graphs are showing steady growths in all aspects. People are suspecting or are claiming that before the development of the vaccine for this virus nothing would be stopped.

In the worst case everyone who cannot build antibodies will die.
In the other case the virus moves on. Something it clearly does in many countries which already started life again.

If you are asking about if there is any chance, then technically it is yes. However, with most politics not caring about the spread of COVID-19 and hampering the development of vaccine/cure (and its release if completed), I am uncertain whether the pandemic will end before or after the vaccine/cure.
