India has banned 59 apps including TikTok and all of those apps are having origin from China.

United States have also been planing to ban TikTok in their nation from a very long time but will India's Move speed up the process ?

I don't think the United States will "follow suit". As long as they (the government) benefits more (profits) from apps regardless if they are Made in China, they would likely tolerate "acceptable" risk of spyware.
