The Presence Process is a self-facilitated emotional integration process, to help us become more aware of presence, to help us be free of dis-ease.

If anyone would like to join us on our journey of emotional integration beginning week 1 (of 10) at the same time, then it will be necessary to read the first half of the book to prepare for the journey.

Now *that's more accurate than any "medical" explanation. Nicely shared.

Keep spreading the info. 👍❤️

I've been studying this for around 7 years now, interestingly enough (;) - after a two year jaunt into recovery and sobriety. So nine now. And I've just decided to move more into somatic therapy (if I do continue with the recovery stuff as am a bit bored - sorry but I do like to shift and try new things) or something completely different!

A cafe, back to reading more literature and now an interest in philosophy and knitting (of all things!). I have this urge to create with my hands now. Crafts. Perhaps sculpture and clay... and cooking!

But this is a very similar perspective to the one I've been sharing for some years now as well. It's all quite rational and fixable :)

I'm certainly interested in joining in, wonder if I can read up in time? I'm interested in integrative breath work and this sounds amazing. I look forward to your next post.

Now decided start date will be 1 week from now, Sunday 14th March, so yes, you have time to read. If i recall, when i first did it in 2017 (i think), i read it (up to the end of part 2 / beginning of part 3 - Week 1) in one sitting of about 5 hours. So an hour a day should do it

Sweet, the later start date works great. Just bought the book last night and can't wait to start reading it. I am really looking forward to this.

You may well see the affect it has on your children over time. Did you read the story of Clive and Nadine?

by the way @holisticmom, i have an audio of a very nice guided breathwork session which i can share if you like.

Yay, we're up to 5 now. This is a most excellent emotional integration procedure. Not saying it's easy, but the rewards will come.

I'm in, because @vincentnijman is in. I'll be a bit behind because I have to order the book. x

Great. Well done. You can download pdf to start reading if you like. I think we will start in about 1 week

I started reading the book yesterday. It's already helping me. Shared it in the books/ podcast/ courses channel in Nat Med. I hope I can get more people to start on this journey. I feel like partaking but feel a little hesitant. Not really sure what to expect ( but I guess that's the whole idea )

Thank you and much love,

Excellent. I wish you well.
This will be my ninth time of doing The Presence Process and @khing.khong's first time.
Feel free to ask questions if you have any.

9th? Are you doing this yearly?
How do I take part? I guess I should just keep an eye on your blog :<)

The author suggests doing it at least 3 times, with at least a ³week break in between. I first did it in August 2016 I think. Prepare to take part by reading up to start of week 1. Not set date yet to start, but soon. Complete instructions in book, but we can support each other

Good to know. I finished reading Part 1 yesterday night. Will give it a second read, starting today.

Complete instructions in book, but we can support each other

It usually helps to keep each other accountable / motivated. I'm sure we'll find a way :<)

There are actually three parts. Part 2, Into the breath needs to be read too. Part 3 begins with week 1

Good to know. I kind of figured this out though around the time you left me this comment :<)

Nothing more important than awareness in the moment.

Hey Atma! You already know but to make it a bit more official ... I will join you guys and so will Dave. Let's raise the vibes! 😇

And sound! After reading a post by @shadowspub

Healing and frequency. This is fascinating and I love music so...

i opened and ran a holistic healing centre in Mexico for a few years where i had a set of 7 Tibetan singing bowls (biggest being 7kgs). As well as offering personal sound healing sessions (for a fee), we usually had a weekly communal session. i do miss my bowls.

Oh... I'd love to live in Mexico for numerous reasons.

Yes - this is a really interesting area of the healing arena :)
