We all are busy in our own world and daily work and rarely get time for our self and we most of us are lost in our own world with the people and friends around us.
Most of us don't even have time to think about yourself and are busy to do things for others and we just forgot what we want and what are our dreams when we were kids and when we were at college.

We all sure have a lot of dreams at childhood day and as the day post we all forget them slowly and start building others dream that gives us happiness.
Every parents are the same they scarifies there dreams to fulfill there children dreams. Most of them indeed. I have seen that In my own parents.
I have glad that parents have help me to grow and help me to educated and teach me good things in life and we are happy indeed as per me, there is lot things are going every second in parents head I can feel that now.
There are few things we can do invest time in yourself-:
- Read books
- Mediate
- exercise
- Eat healthy
- Watch documentaries
- Watch less TV
- Be creative
- Spend time with family.
- Meet friends.
- Learn new Languages.
- Set goals
- Plan you day/ week
- Sleep and Wake Up Earlier
- Travel
- Invest Your Money
- Challenge Yourself and Do Things That Are Difficult
The dream can achieve any time ,there is no age limit to cahivev your goals/ dream. Never stop dreaming 🙏🤝
