Hola queridos amigos de @naturalmedicine me tardè un poco en participar en esta propuesta que plantea una temática tan interesante como puede serlo la preservación de los recursos de nuestro planeta , pues estuve reflexionando acerca de cual pregunta elegir para este reto y lleguè a la conclusión que todas están relacionadas. Mi participación es mas bien una reflexión sobre el tema.

What could we do to help her?
Particularmente pienso que la protección del medio ambiente la conservación de los recursos y el uso racional de los mismos es un asunto de conciencia y responsabilidad de las actuales generaciones.
Somos conscientes cuando entendemos las consecuencias que acarrean la destrucción de la naturaleza (acciòn antròpica) como la tala, la quema, el monocultivo, el uso de agrotòxicos, malos hàbitos de consumo (exceso de basura) y tantos otros factores que se suman contra la Pachamama.
I particularly think that the protection of the environment, the conservation of resources and the rational use of them is a matter of conscience and responsibility of the current generations.
We are aware when we understand the consequences of the destruction of nature (anthropic action) such as logging, burning, monoculture, the use of pesticides, bad consumption habits (excess garbage) and many other factors that add up against the Pachamama.
¿Què podemos hacer los que no estamos en un Proyecto Conservacionista Oficial o de Mitigaciòn de daños contra nuestra Tierra?
Realmente creo que nuestra esperanza esta en la Educaciòn, en manos de maestros y padres, empezar en nuestros hogares a motivar a nuestros niños pequeños, podemos enseñarles a cuidar y amar a las plantas y los animales de su entorno y debemos hacerlo con el ejemplo, tengamos un pequeño huerto en casa y enseñemos a los niños las bondades de cuidarlo. Debemos enseñarles la importancia de la vida y la diversidad de esa vida. Enseñarles que las diferencias en la naturaleza son necesarias y hay que respetarlas.

What can those of us who are not in an Official Conservation Project or Damage Mitigation Project against our Earth do?
I really believe that our hope is in Education, in the hands of teachers and parents, to start in our homes to motivate our young children, we can teach them to care for and love the plants and animals in their environment and we must do it by example, Let's have a small garden at home and teach the children the benefits of caring for it We must teach them the importance of life and the diversity of that life. Teach them that differences in nature are necessary and must be respected.
Si tenemos un huerto, cultivemos en forma orgánica, aprovechemos los desechos vegetales para hacer abono. Llevemos nuestras propias bolsas de tela para hacer compras, reduzcamos el uso del plástico, no gastemos mas energía que la que realmente necesitamos en nuestras casas, tratemos de reciclar envases, apreciemos el vidrio, eliminemos los aerosoles de nuestras vidas, usemos el agua como si fuera sagrada
Dèmosle a los niños una responsabilidad de mantener viva una planta y atender una mascota, mantendrán una vinculación con la vida y eso despertarà su conciencia
If we have a garden, let's grow organically, let's take advantage of plant waste to make compost. Let's take our own cloth bags for shopping, let's reduce the use of plastic, let's not spend more energy than we really need in our homes, let's try to recycle packaging, appreciate glass, eliminate aerosols from our lives, use water as if were sacred
Let's give children a responsibility to keep a plant alive and care for a pet, they will maintain a link with life and that will awaken their conscience.

Education is indeed so very important! We got into the mess we are in as humans because of what values and ways of life have been taught over the last century. Now we must learn from those mistakes and do our best to learn from them and teach better ways once again. It's not too late to find our path of beauty again, if we just listen to the Earth and use our tools for healing instead of greed.

Amiga estoy deacuerdo contigo, la educación es la clave para la preservación de nuestro planeta. En casa principalmente en casa, ya en la escuela se hace es reforzar lo que en casa se enseña, por lo tanto, formemos ese amor por la vida en nuestros pequeños. Y ellos seguiran el ejemplo.
