Cleansing, healing. In order to harness the flow you must flow, do not repress your emotions nor attempt to resist the pulse of changes, accept, surrender, trust and be thankful. Liberate your blood from toxins and your lineage from debts, connect with the infinite fountain within you, drink the clear water of consciousness. It is wise to traverse your memories so you can know your past in greater detail and increase your personal understanding. We are waves in the sea of the Universe, many have preceded us and many shall succeed us, but the sea is always the same. It is important that you review your maternal line in search for unconfessed pain, unsaid words, guilt and shame. Allow the water to run, shed the necessary tears, extract the suffering and do something beautiful with it. Although the surface seems tumultuous, underneath the ocean remains calm, dive fearlessly into the depths and reaffirm your peace.

Es importante que revises tu línea materna en busca de dolores no confesados, palabras no dichas, culpa y vergüenza. Permite que el agua corra, derrama las lágrimas necesarias, extrae el sufrimiento y haz algo hermoso con él. Aunque la superficie se vea tumultuosa, por debajo el océano sigue en calma, sumérgete en lo profundo sin temor y reafirma tu paz.
