He querido preparar un arroz con vegetales y germinados, pero acá donde vivo no los encuentro, y tuve la idea de que sino los encontraba, por qué mejor no los cosechaba yo misma. Y me puse manos a la obra!

I've been wanting to prepare a rice with vegetables and sprouts, but here where I live I can't find them, and I had the idea that if I couldn't find them, why not harvest them myself. So I got to work!
Lo único que van a necesitar son sus granos, en este caso yo utilicé frijol chino porque tengo muchísimos en casa, una botella plástica y un destornillador o cualquier objeto que sirva para abrir huecos.
The only thing you will need are your beans, in this case I used Chinese beans because I have a lot of them at home, a plastic bottle and a screwdriver or any object that can be used to open holes.
Lo primero que deben hacer es dejar en agua sus frijoles unas 10 horas, para que el grano absorba agua.
The first thing to do is to soak your beans in water for about 10 hours, so that the beans absorb water.
Luego, agarran su botella plástica, y con ayuda del destornillador y la estufa, empiezan a abrir huecos en la botella con el fin de que los granos puedan respirar y nacer.
Then, they grab their plastic bottle, and with the help of the screwdriver and the stove, they start to open holes in the bottle so that the beans can breathe and hatch.
Transcurridas las 10 horas, depositen todos los granos en el interior de la botella y remojen en agua limpia dos veces al día por 5 minutos.
Acá les dejo todo el crecimiento de mis germinados, en total fueron 4 días.
After 10 hours, put all the grains inside the bottle and soak them in clean water twice a day for 5 minutes.

Cuando estén listos solo debes cortar la botella, lavarlos muy bien, y estarán listos para ser el ingrediente estrella de tus platillos.
Puedes guardarlos en la nevera.
When they are ready, you only have to cut the bottle, wash them very well, and they will be ready to be the star ingredient of your dishes.
You can store them in the refrigerator.
