Yoga challenge day #4! 90 days of Yoga fix your posture...

Hey everyone I would like to put a Yoga challenge for 90 days out here on Hive.

As a yoga teacher who’s seeing bad postures and Spinal deformations in majority of human beings I have created a series of exercise that gonna help you fix your posture or share it with a friend who may be in need.

Let me start by sharing my personal experience and progress over less then a year.

I use to do only fitness for almost 3 years and I had achieved such a “great looking body” as you can see on the last photo.
I’ve talked about the difference between fitness and yoga in some of my video. But I can assure you that fitness is not bringing you to healthy life because it affects your muscles with tightness and stiffness, that is not good for your mobility as you can see in the screenshots up here from me before and after I discovered Yoga.

I’m taking a 3 months break from blogging, because I’m going for a meditation around nature to clear my thoughts and return with new challenges and stronger here.
