This is the 4th episode of my Liver Flush - every 3 weeks until the gallstones are gone.
it's day 3 and this is just about all I got except for a bunch of tiny stones which I couldn't really photograph - I may be done or I may do one more flush after this one.
The next thing I am going to do is a heavy metal detox with Zeolite and Bentonite Clay. Stay tuned.

No breakfast. Drink ½ gallon of water and have a light lunch ( rice and vegetables ) , NO FAT content
Do not eat or drink ANYTHING after 2PM Day 1
6PM, Drink 1 Tablespoon of Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) in 6 to 8 ounces of water
8PM, Drink 1 Tablespoon of Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) in 6 to 8 ounces of water
9:45PM, Mix 1. 5 tsp turpentine and ½ cup of Olive oil. Drink this followed by ½ cup of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. ½ cup is 4 ounces.

10PM Drink mixture in 10 minutes or less
10:14PM, immediately lay still in bed on your right side for 20 minutes, then sleep. You
may wake several times in the night to go to bathroom and not sleep.

My symptoms are that I have had digestive difficulties all my life which have escalated to acid reflux and ibs. Allopathic medicine has nothing for me. The symptoms were caused by trauma but they have taken their toll physically, so that, although I have recovered a lot from the violence and violations, my stomach is still messed up.
I am also an artist and have consistantly used oil paint (heavy metals) my whole life.
For the last 2 years, I live up the road from a toxic refinery that belches pollutants into the air every night.
I live in a city where there is a brown cloud over us most of the time.
I have used household cleaning products like ammonia and oven cleaner and bathroom cleaner.
When I was in menopause I overdid it with the Black Cohosh root infusions till I had headaches every week.
I wear clothing made of plastic and my shoes almost all have rubber soles.
In addition, although I try to eat almost 100% organic, I do eat crap now and again.
I try to drink all purified structured water but at times I drink tap water when it is made into coffee or tea at someone's house who doesn't know the drill.
I do not filter the water in the shower which is totally poisonous I have recently learned.
I have 1 amalgam filling left in my mouth.
My liver is congested and I know this because every time I eat something that is not 100% pure, I break out in zits.
I also have a line down my left index finger nail that gets dark if I stop taking Milk Thistle Tincture.
I don't do that much exercise - being a couch potato. I am not really overweight - I simply have not found a way to walk every day like I should. My liver is congested and so I began this flush about 5 months ago.
I just bought zeolite and bentonite clay so that I can supplement my monthly liver flush with a little more oomph! I will report on that next month.

This past 3 weeks I ate whatever I wanted (wheat, some meat, some dairy - mostly vegetarian) - but I was not too extreme - I had less heart burn and fewer zits than I have in the past. I drank 70 oz of structured Berkey water per day. I also took Magnesium Citrate and Vitality Capsules, so that I could have 3 bowel movements per day.
Last night when I took the Flush Recipe it produced results right away - I have been pooping since last night at 10:20pm I did sleep from about 12:30am - 5:30am
Then I got up and took the 6am Epsom Salt drink, and at 8am I did the 2nd. I had tea and now I am going to drink water and work from home. Now I wait.
