Hello health concious fans,

Today am sharing about Dragon Fruit. This is my fave fruit next to durian. When ever I passed by a fruit stand my first choice in buying fruits is dragon fruit red variety when it is available.

Last week, when we when went to Mactan Island Mall, my eyes was sharp enough to noticed Dragon Fruit for sale in a fruit stand by the roadside. I told my son to buy. Timing he got 3 big red variety. After eating the Dragon Fruit meat I did not throw away the peel, I cleaned it and cooked it to make a tea. I just added lemon and stevia powder then after that I cooked the omelet. Cooked soft peel combined with egg, flour, black pepper powder and salt to taste then fry in virgin coco oil. View the video.
