Awesome formatting, delicious recipe, do save a bowl for me. I love the spice blend too, and because I'm so familiar with cooking dishes like this, I have a really good feel for what this would taste like. I love mushrooms so much, but for over a year, the economic crisis here in Suriname has made them unaffordable.
