I'm definitely crashing your #plantbased campsite. I used to experiment with vegan naan, but without yogurt and yeast, I found it to be nearly impossible to make a decent one. Of course you can use vegan yogurt substitutes, but that's not an option in developing countries unless you produce it yourself.
There is just something about a tandoor too, and the home chef can't expect to have a tandoor. I've had some pretty good stove top naan though a few times, and this looks like one I would certainly devour, especially in the wilderness.
