Pasta con brocoli y salsa de coliflor /Pasta with broccoli and cauliflower sauce [Spa)/[En]

Buenas noches comunidad de NM Cómo les va está semana? Aquí mucha lluvia en Mérida Venezuela. Participando una vez en el Reto de comida a base de plantas.

Por aqui les traigo una pasta con brócoli ❤️ que fue todo un éxito 😋

Les dejo la receta

Ingredientes

1 Cebollin
1 Ajo
Brócoli
Coliflor
Perejil
Albahaca
1 taza Leche de soya
2 cucharadas Harina de trigo
Sal
Salsa de soya

Procedímiento
Para la salsa

  • Pon la leche de soya en la licuadora y mezcla con la harina de trigo.
  • Añade sal al gusto y reserva

Verduras

  • Lava bien el brócoli y el coliflor y ponlo a sancochar hasta su punto de cocción
  • Pica en cuadritos el cebollín y el ajo
  • Cuando esté el brócoli y el coliflor. Reserva aparte el coliflor y pica en pedazos el brócoli y reserva para cocinarlo luego.
  • En una olla pon un poco de margarina y añade el cebollín y el ajo cocina hasta que dore el cebollín. Agrega el brócoli y la salsa y mezcla bien hasta que hierva, vas observar que espese. Agrega la sal y las especias. Mezcla bien y apaga

Aparte licúa el coliflor con el perejil y un diente de ajo. Tendrás una pasta que usarás más tarde

Pasta:
En un olla pon a hervir agua para cocinar la pasta. Cuando comience a hervir añade la pasta y déjala cocinar por diez min.

Preparación final:

  • En una olla ponla salsa y ve añadiendo poco a poco la pasta. Mezcla para que quede homogénea. Sigue agregando la pasta y mezcla hasta que hayas añadido toda la pasta.
  • Luego añade la pasta de coliflor y mezclas bien.
  • Finalmente añade la salsa de soya al gusto y listo
  • Acompaña con pan y a disfrutar

Here I bring you a pasta with broccoli ❤️ that was a success 😋

Here is the recipe

Ingredients

1 Onion
1 garlic
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Parsley
Basil
1 cup Soy milk
2 tablespoons Wheat flour
Salt
Soy sauce

Procedure
For the sauce
Put the soy milk in a blender and mix with the wheat flour.
Add salt to taste and set aside.

Vegetables

  • Wash the broccoli and cauliflower well and boil until cooked.

  • Chop the scallion and garlic into small cubes.

  • When the broccoli and cauliflower are ready. Set aside the cauliflower and chop the broccoli and set aside to cook later.

  • In a saucepan put a little margarine and add the chives and garlic and cook until the chives are golden brown. Add the broccoli and the sauce and mix well until it boils, you will see that it thickens. Add salt and spices. Mix well and turn off.

  • Blend the cauliflower with the parsley and a clove of garlic. You will have a paste that you will use later

Paste:
In a pot bring water to a boil to cook the pasta. When it starts to boil add the pasta and let it cook for ten min.

Final preparation:

  • In a pot put the sauce and add the pasta little by little. Mix to make it homogeneous. Keep adding the pasta and mix until you have added all the pasta.
  • Then add the cauliflower paste and mix well.
  • Finally add the soy sauce to taste and that's it.
  • Serve with bread and eat

Looks lovely chef! I love broccoli and miss it so much. Your dish reminds me of alfredo sauce a bit, but of course yours is totally #plantbase and more awesome!
