Did you know that guava leaf has many benefits for our health? I am here to tell you about 3 of them.
Most of us have eaten guava, which is a fruit rich in vitamin C, more than once and have surely tried it either in juices, ice cream, jams, or directly grabbing it from the bush.
But I dare say that very few are those who know that not only the fruit brings benefits to our body but also the leaf of the tree.
I was one of them until a month ago when a neighbor told me about this tea and I was amazed and said, "Really? Hehe, I didn't believe it and I wondered, what does it taste like?
So I wanted to investigate on the internet about this tea that for me was something new. And I found that yes indeed guava leaf has many benefits, so I decided to try it since at that time I had a bit of flu and I tell you that I liked it, it is not bitter and does not have a bad taste.
Next I will tell you about the three benefits that I personally perceived and experienced when I tried guava leaf tea.
1. Alivia el malestar de las enfermedades respiratorias:
I confirm this because a week ago I was with flu discomfort, with a lot of mucus and some cough, which worried me a little because of the issue of covid, so for 7 days I took this tea every night before going to bed, as well as inhaled the evaporation that releases this infusion while cooking. It is worth mentioning that the relief when taking it was almost immediate, the cough disappeared after 3 days, and it also unclogged my nostrils which were congested due to the mucus, helping me to breathe much better.
2.Te relaja y ayuda a conciliar el sueño:
As you read it, it relaxes you, that's why I recommend taking it at night, it helps a lot to fall asleep. Personally, the times I took it I slept straight through until the next day.
But the tea is not only good to drink, it is also great for external use for both skin and hair, in my case I used it for my hair. Here is the third benefit.
- Prevents hair loss and helps hair growth.
Guava leaves contain vitamins B and C which helps to prevent hair loss and strengthen it.
I've only been using this infusion on my hair for a week and I love the way it leaves it soft and silky. In a month I will tell you how it went.
Necesitamos//We need
7 hojas del árbol de guayaba //7 leaves of the guava tree
2 tazas de agua // 2 cups of water
I prepare it as follows:
First I wash the guava leaves very well, then I put the water in a saucepan over high heat and when it starts to boil I put the leaves and let it cook for 10 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
To apply it on the hair, use the same infusion, but wait until it cools down and before doing it, wash the hair as usual and then apply it massaging the scalp and let it act for 20 minutes and then wash it with abundant water. Apply it twice a week for a month and you will start to see results.
When I discovered these wonderful benefits I couldn't resist and I planted a guava tree, and it is growing slowly but surely hehehe
I had to protect it because my little peach tortoise wanted to eat it hahahahahah!
me despido hasta una nueva entrada.
I say goodbye until a new entry.

Please put at the end of the post, in an appropriate way as if you were making a bibliography, the sources you have consulted for this post. Even though you have changed the wording, some ideas come from these authors, I identified at least two, I don't know if you used others.
