#SPIRITUALITY Challenge from @naturalmedicine - My personal opinion in a Pukuvideo
My first post and challenge to the amazing #naturalmedicine comunity!

The questions:
What is spirituality for you?
How do you experience spirituality? Have you had any mystical experience?
Who is a spiritual Master for you?
What practice would you recommend to achieve a spiritual connection or development?
What impact does a spiritual life have on your healing processes?
I answer all of the questions in the video. Im spanish speaker but I try to make a video speaking in english is another challenge too :D At the begining of the video and in the last part I made some prayers for all the people that watch the video for good vibes! Blessings to all

But Im going to write down below a short answer of each one:
English:
- For me spirituality is a connection with higher beings that show us a path of light and enlightenment to help us do good in this life and help others.
- Yes, since I was a child I have had many mystical experiences and at the same time I have experienced spirituality in many ways, with seers, family friends, being in contact with spirits, with shamans and beings of light and people who perform acts of healing.
- For me anyone who helps humanity is a Master! But on a spiritual level there are many, saints, martyrs, people of many religions who have ascended to a realm of peace, infinite love and good energies and who help the beings who are here incarnated to endure the hard tests of faith and the missions that this earthly plane has prepared for us.
- Pray constantly, to meditate but projected towards helping others, to share prayers, to do welfare actions for others, to develop kindness, compassion and mercy.
It is really my all, having healed during my travels to the Amazon and other sacred ethnic and indigenous territories of my country Venezuela.- In the same way that I have healed I have helped others to heal, making ethnic healing music or tattooing in my tattoo studio "Shamanas Tattoo" symbols and talismans of healing protection. In the same way that my faith and my spirituality have healed all my wounds and being healthy you can help others, I think it is very beautiful to feel at peace and in good sync and harmony with the Universe, you develop your mission and help others to heal and evolve to try together to ascend to a higher dimensional plane.
The message of the ascended beings is very clear, help others, even above ourselves, develop compassion and do good, is the most important thing, above any property or banal material objects.

- Para mi la espiritualidad es una conexión con seres superiores que nos indican un camino de luz y de iluminación para así ayudarnos a conducirnos haciendo el bien en esta vida y ayudar a otros.
- Si, desde muy niño he tenido muchas experiencias místicas y a la vez he experimentado la espiritualidad de muchas maneras, con videntes amigos de la familia, estando en contacto con espíritus, con chamanes y seres de luz y personas que realizan actos de sanación.
- Para mi cualquier persona que ayude a la humanidad es un Maestro! Pero a nivel espiritual hay muchos, santos, martires, personas de muchas religiones que al fallecer han ascendido hacia un reino de paz, amor infinito y buenas energías y que, ayudan a los seres que estamos aquí encarnados a soportar las duras pruebas de fe y las misiones que este plano terrenal tiene preparado para nosotros.
- Recomiendo Orar constantemente, meditar pero proyectados hacia ayudar a otros, compartir oraciones, hacer acciones de bienestar para otros, desarrollar la bondad, la compasión y la misericordia.
- Es realmente mi todo, el haber sanado durante mis viajes al Amazonas y otros territorios sagrados étnicos e indígenas de mi país Venezuela, del mismo modo que he sanado he ayudado a otros a sanar, haciendo música etnica de sanación o tatuando en mi estudio de Tatuajes "Shamanas Tattoo" simbolos y talismanes de protección sanadores.
- Del mismo modo que mi fe y mi espiritualidad han sanado todas mis heridas y ya estando sano se puede ayudar a otro, creo que es muy hermoso sentirse en paz y en buena sincronía y sintonía con el Universo, desarrollas tu misión y ayudas a otros a sanar y a evolucionar para juntos todos tratar de ascender hacia un Plano dimensional superior.
El mensaje de los seres ascendidos es muy claro, ayudar a otros, inclusive por encima de nosotros mismos, desarrollar la compasión y hacer el bien, es lo más importante, por encima de cualquier propiedad u objetos materiales banales.

Wow thanks a Lot for your words. Yes we can! I like a Lot the india and african Vibes. Do You live in wich country? Here a Lot of african tradicions comes here and we get a Lot of african influences from músic and culture but I think about pagea united world for me Venezuela, My country was added to south África so we are the same land, Vibes and mystic sacred places. For me of course! So I have an strong conexión with África, and I Believe in a past life I live in India for shure I was conected too much with that culture, the fakirs, the mantras, I was iniciate to Lama Ole Nydahl budism from Diamond way in 2004, tibetan spirituality so, I have that conection.
And here we knows about sacred plants and tea too. I have 3 Big books about that healing plants here. In amazonas the chamáns knows a Lot about it and My grandmom teachs me too (she was from another mountains but the andes cordillera place, not forest but in that place where she born they was native sacred indigenas territories too)

Btw My tobacco isnt light on cause for me here it's sacred. It's like a candle. The smoke is use for conect with dead people and for me get into a trance. And listen better the deads world, but the smoke can heal when I had to use to another one or for clean a house or a place, it's very sacred for me. And I have to pray early to light on. For me it's very awesome that I can learn to use that tools and it's another way to Open a portal and heal others in the same way and I can recive messages of course about future of the people that asking for that - sadly here in Venezuela a Lot of people do that activity like a Sorcerer but with black Magic and asking a Lot of money to the people for do that. In My case i don't asking for money to anyone here for heal others and cause of that I repeat constantly because here a Lot of people are trying to give personal benefits in the material way to some gifs (in other cases they only invent fake histories or use the gifs for Bad so i'm trying to fight against that too cause The black Magic put US (My country) in a complicate situation right now. Cause of that I pray a Lot for change that with my strong and blind faith. Blessings

Muy importante es hacer el bien al prójimo, ayudar siempre que tengamos la oportunidad de hacerlo. Imagino que tu viaje te ha llevado a conocer de esa manera tu espiritualidad, el Amazonas debe ser una fuente de muchas experiencias de este tipo. No he tenido la oportunidad de ir.

Yes I agree! I believe in the free speach for everybody (of course I dislike stuffs like black magic or human sacrifices rituals or something like that, im against that stuffs that damage others or make theirs suffer), but Im fine with people with free religous and spirituality, I love to know people with faith and conexion with higher levels and dimensions and in the same way I love make others grow and in the same time I love to grow too cause is a long way to get peace but the important stuffs is we are trying.
And yes is only my world vision, but I really try to make a better world, in my place, country I mean the present time. I love my plants too and animals, I speak with my plants and care them a lot, they was from my Indigena grandom, so a part of her lives inside the plants too, the good protection energy, of course I pray with that plants too, we know some prayers for cure with those plants, and tobaco of course (is a plant and a candle/portal too) in the next naturalmedicine challenge this week Im going to share one of my medicinal pocime lol

Vi tu vídeo y entendí perfecto, lo haces muy bien.
Por otra parte, siento que tus respuestas aportaron mucha información valiosa al tema de la #spirituality. Rescato de lo que compartiste muchas cosas que me gustaron.
Una de ellas, la importancia del servicio a otros, ayudar, ser compasivos, compartir y tener acciones de bienestar, van construyendo un puente hacia ese camino de la espiritualidad porque te dejas de ver como un ser separado de todo y entras en la noción de unidad.
También creo que todas las personas que nos rodean son Maestros, más aún los que hacen un aporte a la humanidad.
Empezar ese camino de sanación logrando ese punto de equilibrio interior es fundamental. Cómo dices "sanar uno primero para luego sanar a los demás", encontrando esa chispa de luz en ti puedes extenderla a otros.

Well I try to do My Best. I'm in Charity aids too for fight against the exteme crisis around here and with food and criptos. I'm testimony that we can do a better world with criptos and hive and others platforms (we can use for good stuffs too beside share art and if You have a spirituality way and path the material stuffs and money doesnt means nothing, it's more important to cultivate to help others. So i Focus My life into that with the foundation, the músic, My tattoo shop (for create ancestral amazonian talismán desings for protections and the healing vibe energy with My hands and prays). And here in Venezuela sadly appears a Lot of black Magic in public and of course the "heal" sorcerer brujos that basicly steal a Lot of money for the inocent people with theirs visions or prays, cause of that I'm always clarify in My Video that I never asking for money when I'm going to heal somebody, or theirs political tendencies, their skin color, age, sexual orientation, or whatever. Cause all of us are mystic and magical souls and beings conected to each others like a Big net of love and peace, the mission IS that everyone Open theirs eyes for love each other and supports ourselves like brothers and sisters like the beggining of life.
