Raising our Consciousness is the only way out

Meditation - More and more people need to start with it. A regular practice of meditation will help us create a vibration that is free from fear not only for us individually but also spreading the same energy out into the Universe.

Lately with all the chaos going on in the world, we see so much of different types of energy flowing out from within us and into the universe and the same gets reflected back to us in different forms.

We need to start preparing our self not only for our own self but even to protect our Universe. We live in a beautiful Universe and Mother Earth has given us so much of beauty around us, if we destroy it we need to also bear the consequences of it. We may have directly not been at play to destroy Mother Earth but eventually the collective karma is going to bounce back and hit every single individual, at that point of time how much individual capacity one has build up will matter and that individual capacity will only come with raising our consciousness for which Meditation is an important tool. We need to start creating a safe environment which will begin with us spreading out that energy from within. What lies within us will reflect on the outside of us.

By raising our consciousness we start syncing up with the cosmic energy. When we raise our Consciousness, everything else starts falling in place by itself. The Cosmos starts lining up things the way they are meant to be when one is in perfect harmony with it and when we are not in harmony with it, we will see chaos all around us, which right now is the situation.

By raising our consciousness we will also become mindful about our actions. Everything that we do to our own self, to others, our environment and mother earth will come from a much better and higher place. The more careless and negligent we are to our Mother Earth the more of collective negative karma we are bringing into our planet.

By calming our own energies we will also help calm the forces of nature and bringing in more peace and stability overall. We need to start building on our all knowing Innernet. We need to understand that everything we desire today is in our own capacity to accomplish then be it if it is good or not good. So if we want things to change for good, we need to bring the change within and listen to our inner voice.

The strongest tool to achieve all of this is Meditation and hence a daily, weekly, yearly regular practice of Meditation will gradually elevate us and our environment to higher frequencies and vibrations. Starting with a 10 minutes of practice and gradually increasing it will also help a lot, but the most important thing is to start. It won't hurt, it won't harm and once one gets used to it, the benefits will be seen without any doubts. But at the same time patience is the key. You cannot start expecting miracles from day 1, it is a gradual process of raising the consciousness, which needs to be done with a lot of determination and faith and most importantly belief in self.

We all create our own realities with our beliefs, actions and thoughts. I always want my reality to be from a place of Love and Joy.
I have personally seen my life take a 360 degree turn. It's not that all my problems are finished and I am in a lala zone, rather this year has been the most toughest for me, but still I have been able to smile out and cruise through without feeling any type of stress and anxiety. Such is the transformation, and every day I explore more of me then the outside world. My lessons are with my own self, I am learning and growing every single day.

I could never do meditation - tried few times, but I loose interest quite quickly. Outdoor exercise is what I like most.

Meditation is just not about sitting with eyes closed, any form where you can focus and be in the moment becomes your meditation point. We are always taught this in our Isha classes, and to an extent I believe it is right, I enjoy my nature walks and feel that's the time I am most connected to my self.

Everything you focus intently on can be a meditative experience. You can meditate while running, writing, cooking and essentially anything else. The point is to connect with the Present and breathe.
