For me step ten is the most difficult, flow. Many times we judge too much what happens to us, our feelings and everything in general. All this judgment does not allow us to see the good that is hidden in the situation. But if we are willing to open our eyes a little, we can see the good in each situation. Every day has something new, it is like that.
