Thank you @riverflows for having my back last week when everything got a bit too crazy for me. Did you enjoy her rendition of the Lotus Garden as much as I did? If so, I hope you don't mind seeing my less creative version back.

There's still time to get your entries in for @naturalmedicine collaboration with Man Cave on the manly plant based challenge. This one is pulling in rewards in a variety of tokens in addition to Hive.

Some highlights of the week

Wood is just an incredible resource for us and nature. @thebigsweed is very passionate about it in all its forms and takes us through making the most of a beautiful log on his family sawmill.

If you love cake and coffee, why not combine the two, with @amy-goodrich's vegan, walnut espresso cake.

I'm usually too impatient to watch videos, but will listen to the occasional podcast while I'm cooking. @queenmountain often had lots of useful information on theirs and this one talks about saving money by salvaging building materials.

If you've ever wondered about bokashi composting, then @synrg can tell you all about it and even demonstrate how to make a bokashi composting container.

Each week one of our featured authors will be selected to be a 5% beneficiary of The Lotus Garden newsletter. This week @amy-goodrich will receive this award.

Thank you for stopping by. This week's newsletter was brought to you by @minismallholding.
