I really appreciate your idea of letting go of the need to practice meditation. Meditation is supposed to be moving one into the flow and being "serene". If a person is struggling with the conflict of having to practice, then their mind will already have a major roadblock that it needs to circumvent making getting into the meditation that much more difficult. Thank you for putting this wonderful post together. :)
