Greetings, everyone! Javier here, with a new your weekly edition of the Mindful Life curation, awash with great insights about a plethora of approaches and visions on the topic of Spirituality thanks to the current challenge doing the rounds in the community.

To any overly rational mind, spiritual paths and practices often seem disconcerting and even unrealistic, but being spiritual isn't odd or outlandish, on the contrary, it helps us reach simplicity of living amidst complexity, grounding us to the Now and allowing us to find silence in a world of noise. Take some time to vote and comment on each of these posts!

From an outsider's perspective, spiritual practices are often associated with religious beliefs, but in fact, leading a spiritual life doesn't automatically imply following any institutional tenets or conforming to the rules of any school of knowledge. I open this curation with this truly wonderful post by @stortebeker on the commonality of spiritual work and how it lets us commune with and deeply understand nature both within and without.

Even if we're called to a particular way of life upheld by an institution or philosophy, spirituality isn't about boundaries and restrictions, but precisely the opposite: boundlessness and freedom. In her candid and lovely contribution, @soyunasantacruz talks about her long journey through several religions and traditions in order to find her truest, most personal way of exploring and using her spirit.

Everything we see and feel is a form of energy and has its own vibrational quality. Buildings, trees, water, fish, clouds, birds, all has its own frequency. In her latest, very practical post, @stellify tells us about her research on the works and thoughts of Nikola Tesla, and what she's learned about vibration, the creative power of thoughts and words, and how she's been applying that knowledge in her daily life.

It's important to recognize when we're not in our best, and sometimes that realization can take years. We've all been through moments of great dismay and distraction. In this amazing contribution, @edprivat speaks a little about his time as a parent, how he struggled with procrastination during a period of creative drought and how he's managed to recover his path by dedicating at least one hour a day to the things that are important to him.

We've all heard that phrase: better days are coming. We've said it ourselves many times in a variety of situations. Having faith in the future may come naturally to some, but for most it requires great inner work. In this honest post, @kenechukwu97 talks about his original impression about the aforementioned phrase, and how he's overcome his uncertainty about it to be a herald of that hope for tomorrow that we all need to feel once in a while.

I close this curation with a special mention. @moex-photografy tells us a small part of the unfortunate story of his neighbor Muklis, who had to spend eight years in jail for simply cultivating cannabis, losing his marriage in the process. Muklis has been out of prison for a year and he's returned to the field, this time cultivating beans. I encourage you all to send him your best energies so that he can find true financial independence!
