A lot is going on in the world, it's easy to get caught up in the mess and allow ourselves to feel victims of a never ending puppet show. I'm grateful the Natural Medicine community exists because it has become a great place to receive positive healing vibes and connect with those who refuse to settle for anything less than the best version of themselves.

The variety of information coming here is ever expanding and it's nice to see many new actors entering the scene, each with their own insights to offer to the community. I hope you enjoy this compilation and take some time to show some love to these awesome content creators.

Do you have repetitive thoughts that torment you? White Chestnut of Bach Flowers

Source

@benavides54

One of the most powerful tools we have to lead our lives is our thoughts. However, when we constantly think about the things we don’t want to experience, we enter self-sabotage mode which drains our energy, sickens our body and weakens our social relationships. In this post, @benavides54 tells us about the effectiveness of White Chestnut Bach Flowers to help us harmonize these recurrent thoughts without having to place a heavy toll on our bodies, as happens with many drugs prescribed by health professionals.

Psychology and Mental Health: "Allowing" Ourselves to be OK

@denmarkguy

Many times we feel it's an act of empathy to try and be in the same disposition as the rest, even if they are feeling depressed or lost. Our desire to be part of the group leads us to adapt to the overall vibration and instead of sharing our light, we try to blend in with other people's darkness.

This idea is tackled by @denmarkguy on the post and he suggests that we should do our best to stay in our own state of mind, giving ourselves permission to be ok even when others around you aren't. We cannot account ourselves responsible for others disappointments regarding Life and I think he's advice is worthy of taking into consideration.

Food for thought right here

Crêpe-y breakfast - Just another day in the Life of Hypersensitivosaurus

@vincentnijman

If you've never read a story about Hypersensitivosaurus (or should I say HiperZENsitivosaurus), it might happen to you that after browsing the first lines you take conclusion that it has nothing to do with the Natural Medicine community. Well you'd be jumping to hurried conclusions

After reading a few stories about this charismatic dinosaur, I've started identifying a really creative and fun way to talk about our day to day frustrations, as well as proposing tools and thoughts to deal with them. I suggest you go give it a read, who knows? Maybe you and that dinosaur have more in common that you would have ever expected.

Enjoy a day in the life of this scaly friend here

Homemade Coconut Oil Salve

@efisher

Making a salve at home might seem like advanced herbal knowledge. @efisher helps us to see how simple it really is and that it can be made with very basic tools. Personally, I really liked that this preparation shown is vegan-friendly as it doesn’t use beeswax.

Take a look at this precise and educative post

Quality time in our garden

@delishtreats

With so many people on lockdown and forced to be in their houses without much access to Nature, posts on Hive such as this one by @delishtreats are a good way to remember what is out there and what we could be working to be near. The pictures she shares with us are radiant and colorful, displaying beautiful flowers and fruits which might be the medicine your eyes need today.

Enjoy some beauties of Nature here
