Introduction: Kachu Shaak (Taro) is a very well-known vegetable in Bangladesh, especially in rural areas. This vegetable is easily found in the corner of the backyard, in the paddy field isle, on the edge of the bezel, so it grows easily without any need to buy or eat. These vegetables are eaten in different ways. However, Taro leaf mash and curry are more popular. This vegetable curry with hilsa, shrimp, small fish or dried fish is very popular in Bangladesh.

First you have to cut it into small pieces and clean it nicely.

Then boil it with Taro vegetable and salt and raw chili and first remove the Taro vegetable from the boiling water.

After that, Remember that onion and Garlic should be given a little more. And in a good way, brown the oil and fry the peas and garlic. please see the picture.
