[ESP/ENGL] Un vistazo a mi solar // A look to my back garden

in Natural Medicine4 years ago

In previous posts I have shown aspects of this space, but today, in response to the challenge proposed by @simplymike, I give you another view of some of the plants I have there. I must say that this rainy season has not been good, as rainfall has been scarce and intermittent, which has influenced the appearance of pests that correspond to the dry season and has slowed the growth of plants. I believe that the main cause of this shortage is the degradation generated by the Miner Arc, because as the vegetation disappears in the south of my country (Venezuela), there is no natural barrier large enough to capture the winds and heavy clouds and redirect them in the form of rain to the rest of the national territory.

Very nice plants in your garden, @sirenahippie. That turmeric plant is really beautiful.

Did you really have to wait 11 years for the fruits of the Bromelia pinguin?

Thank you very much for your comment, yes, my plants are beautiful although at the moment with the problems of lack of water they are not in all their splendor. Yes, I have really waited 11 years for it to bear fruit. I think it is the place where I planted it, it does not receive much sun and also where I live there are many shortages of water, which is why I aspire to open a well next year, to have a constant supply of water.
