Hope you guys are happy and healthy. This is my first post in the community "Natural Medicine" and I will be sharing about Orange Peel Powder, How to make it at home without any chemical (Simple and easy method), and what are its benefits.
Benefits of Orange Peel powder:
- It contains Vitamin C which is very beneficial for the skin.
- it moisturizes, cleans, scrubs the skin, and lightens the tone of the skin.
- It is helpful in scars and acne of the skin.
- It makes the skin smooth, firm, bright, and soft.
- It is helpful in the brightness or whitening of the teeth.
- It is also useful for hair, which stops dandruff and hair fall and makes your hair soft and shiny.
Procedure of making Orange peel powder:
- Peel some fresh oranges
- Remove the inner white part from the peel
- Cut the remaining peel into small slices
- Cover it in a thin cloth and keep it until it is dried
- Grind it in a grinder and keep it in an air-tight jar and away from moisturizer.
How to use it on skin :
- For fairness of skin, mix 2 tablespoon peel powder with one tablespoon honey and one tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Apply on the face and leave it for 10 minutes, then wash it off with water.
How to use it on hairs:
- Make a paste of peel powder and yogurt, apply it in hair, leave it for 2 to 3 hours then wash it off.
How to use it for whitening teeth:
- For teeth don't use it more than twice a week, make a paste with water and apply on teeth, leave it for 2 minutes then wash it.
I bet this is powerful stuff and smells incredible. My family saves orange peels and dries them, then we use as scrubbies for the kitchen countertop, the citrus oil helps to clean.

I would only add that the mods generally appreciate when people talk about their experience using a remedy, so like in this case you might tell us if you used it in your hair or for your teeth or whatever and if it really worked for you. You're more likely to get upvotes and curated if you add that type of information. But otherwise, great job!
