Yes I fully recommend it. There are many translations, though I suggest the Bhagavad Gita As It Is, translated by Swami A. C. Bhaktivedanta. It has the original Sanskrit lettering, plus a word for word translation of each separate word of each verse, plus a commentary on each verse.
