Actualmente retome la lectura de un libro llamado: "la mujer que corre con los lobos" escrito por Clarissa Pinkola Estés. Al leerlo me he sentido identificada, sobre todo porque habla de la mujer salvaje, y últimamente estoy en esa búsqueda de dejarla salir de mi interior, no reprimirla. Cuando voy a la montaña, siento que ella, la mujer salvaje puede ser ella misma, la siento conmigo. La mujer salvaje es el alma femenina, mas allá de eso, es el origen femenino. Recibimos de ella el instinto y los saberes necesarios para nuestras vidas.
I am currently reading a book called: "the woman who runs with the wolves" written by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. Reading it I have felt identified, especially because it talks about the wild woman, and lately I am in that search to let her out of my interior, not repress her. When I go to the mountain, I feel that she, the wild woman can be herself, I feel her with me. The wild woman is the feminine soul, beyond that, it is the feminine origin. We receive from her the instinct and knowledge necessary for our lives.
Algo que me encanta de este libro es que, todas las mujeres al leerlo revela y redescrubre sus mas profundos conocimientos, esos que han estado dormidos , esos que hemos dejado que nos impongan como una verdad absoluta. La mujer salvaje nos despierta y anima a los seres humanos a ser multilingues, nos adentra al mundo de los sueños, la pasión y la poesía. A demás que nos habla en los sueños nocturnos, deja en el territorio del alma de una mujer un áspero pelaje y unas huellas llena de barro. Y ello hace que todas nosotras, la busquemos ansiosamente para encontrarla, liberarla y amarla. La hemos olvidado, la hemos abandonado y se ha encontrado perdida por mucho tiempo.
Something that I love about this book is that, when all women read it, it reveals and rediscovers their deepest knowledge, those that have been asleep, those that we have allowed to impose on us as an absolute truth. The wild woman awakens us and encourages human beings to be multilingual, takes us into the world of dreams, passion and poetry. In addition to speaking to us in night dreams, he leaves rough fur and muddy footprints in the territory of a woman's soul. And this makes all of us anxiously seek her to find her, free her and love her. We have forgotten it, we have abandoned it and it has been lost for a long time.

La naturaleza salvaje es la manera de curarnos y de sanar nuestro linaje femenino. Unirse a esta naturaleza no significa deshacerse de la sociedad o aislarse de ella. Ni tampoco cambiar todo de derecha a izquierda, ni entrar en la irracionalidad y perder el control. Significa conectar con el yo interior. Establecer un territorio, estar en el propio cuerpo con certeza y orgullo, ser y estar consciente y en guardia, identificar la voz interior, levantarse con dignidad y echar mano a la intuición y la percepción.
Wild nature is the way to heal ourselves and our female lineage. Joining this nature does not mean getting rid of society or isolating yourself from it. Neither change everything from right to left, nor enter into irrationality and lose control. It means connecting with the inner self. Este libro me esta ayudando en un proceso muy personal y es hermoso poder tener esta guía. Siempre pienso que los libros nos eligen y que los mensajes nos llegan de cualquier manera, solo debemos estar abiertos a recibirlos. Te invito a ti, mujer, hermana, guerrera y madre a leer este libro. También te invito a ti hombre,hermano, amante y padre a leerlo, ya que ustedes tienen esa parte femenina allí muy adentro y no la dejan salir por miedo, quizas. A demás que podrían comprender un poco màs los misterios que ocultan las mujeres, eso que quizá desconocen. No se si se encuentre en PDF, pero es hermoso lo que he estado leyendo, aun no lo culmino pero me ha ayudado a levantarme, a escuchar mi intuición, a saber a donde no debo volver y adonde quiero ir. Espero que te sirva a ti para reencontrar a tu mujer salvaje que seguramente te esta hablando pero esta tan reprimida que no la oyes , ni la sientes..
Es momento de cambiar, de despertar, de transformarnos en lo que realmente somos y queremos ser. Es momento de amar, de caminar todos juntos hacia la comprensión y la empatia.
This book is helping me in a very personal process and it is beautiful to have this guide. I always think that books choose us and that messages come to us in any way, we just have to be open to receiving them. I invite you, woman, sister, warrior and mother to read this book. I also invite you man, brother, lover and father to read it, since you have that feminine part there deep inside and you do not let it out out of fear, perhaps. In addition, they could understand a little more the mysteries that women hide, that which they may not know. I do not know if it is in PDF, but what I have been reading is beautiful, I have not finished it yet but it has helped me to get up, to listen to my intuition, to know where I should not go back and where I want to go.
