Este segmento estará conducido por la doctora @marijo-rm , quien se caracteriza por explicar estos complejos temas de forma sencilla y clara, siempre con la información más reciente y de fuentes confiables, respondiendo las dudas e inquietudes de nuestra audiencia.

Un tema bastante tabú y del que nadie le gusta conversar en voz alta, pero que no deja de ser importante. La planificación familiar es posible hoy en día gracias a los avances de la Medicina moderna, que le brindan la oportunidad de decidir a las parejas cuándo agrandar la familia. Los métodos anticonceptivos refuerzan varios Derechos Humanos, incluidos el derecho a la vida y a la libertad; la libertad de opinión y expresión, y el derecho al trabajo y a la educación, además de reportar importantes beneficios para la Salud Pública.
Hoy en día la variedad de métodos anticonceptivos, tanto hormonales como NO hormonales, es amplia, y aunque información de sobra hay en todos lados, es muy poco lo que se comenta sobre el tema, y la desinformación es grande.
