We're back to the green juice. Always refreshing! Always light! When it comes to green juice, I always think of cucumber or celery... They are green and yes, so much juice can be squeezed out of them. Those are always my base but the rest is all about creativity.
Today, besides giving a cup some flavors using ginger, apple, jalapeño, and lemon, I also give it a great aroma with the Thai hint, LEMONGRASS it is!!
For those who don't actually know what lemongrass is,
Lemongrass is an herb that is native to Sri Lanka and South India but now grows in many countries around the world. The plant’s stalks are a common ingredient in Asian cooking including the famous Thai curries!!, but it is also possible to brew lemongrass to make tea or sqeeze it real hard and make a great juice! #lol .
If gives such a great unique aroma so here we go, our one of a kind green juice goodness with a hint of lemongrass. So delicious, so refreshing. Do try at home! :)

Oooh yeah looks good. I ADORE jalapeno.. I used to make a jalapeno and lime kombucha!!! I love the idea of lemongrass in juice.. very inventive..
