I am deeply concerned for those who are in the process of waking up and processing the effects of the forced spiritual conditioning that has been imposed upon their free will.
Those beloved souls who continue to hold the spirit of a benevolent source outside their former places of worship are those for whom I am most concerned.
Let in the Light!
These beloved followers of a higher frequency often feel shame or anger — as well as grief — when they reach out in the way of prayer, independently of "canned" doctrines.
This imposition of shame is also a tool of the negative agenda because setting aside time for personal meditation and communication with divinity is as vital to our spiritual body as exercise is to our physical body.
Prayer is a conversation linking all consciousness. The language of prayer transcends across all languages, cultures, and religions.
Energy, Frequency and Vibration relay the conversation you are having with the light that is called by many names. Not the words themselves, but the breath of the words, the rhythm of the heart, and the song of the soul.
My labyrinth
Your Soul is connected to your Heavenly Father and Mother, or whatever Higher Power or Universal Consciousness in which you have faith. You know who they are, just as they know who you are.
A beautiful friend who passed recently visited me earlier today in my labyrinth, in my back yard.
Her disease slowly took her body and then her voice. In time, she became a living prayer through the light in her eyes.
She asked me to share this message through the White Light Express.

I think I understand what you're saying. Like, I'm a Christian, but sometimes, on a full moon, I like to go into the park at 3am and light 18 candles, put them in a circle, and sit in the center of the circle of candles and chant "Hekate! Hekate! Hekate! Goddess of night come to me now, fill my enemies with fright!"
A lot of people at my church say I'm bad and shouldn't do that. I think I'm going to stop going.

The post was in part inspired by a friend who has written a book about his departure from "organized" Christianity... for much the reasons you describe; being told that it was "wrong" of him to interpret a message from scripture that was different from the *"law" laid down by his church.
