Two days ago it was Solstice! A powerful day for bringing balance into your lives and the lives of your family, your community, and more.
It was Father's Day here in the USA, as well...
And Saturday night was a difficult one for this particular empath. Me.
I could feel the sadness of unspoken words, remorse, regret surrounding the term "Father."

Transmuting the energy, the frequency and the vibration of that Aetheric Mix was difficult!
From my perspective, what we do as "Light Workers" is similar to people at a concert holding up their lighters. However, you can't be in every concert hall around the Universe, so hold up your light wherever you are!
It will be seen. It will make a difference.
The White Light Express will have been on "tour" now for 20 years this October. What started as two lights became three. Then four. Now we have over 8,000 names on our mailing list; 200+ "Guardians of the Grid," and people are still signing up when they have watched my interview with George Noory on beyondbelief at Gaim!
The Power of Positive Focused Intention was the Solstice Ceremony theme on Sunday night, but this time we kept it very simple.
We asked people to send us one word representing something you want to transform in your life and that you're ready to release, and another word you will replace it with.
For me, I intend to replace "shame" with "tenderness."
Shortly before our ritual, I got off the phone with a dear friend who wanted to replace "inadequacy" with "capability."
At 8:30 Pacific time I walked our labyrinth and spoke the first words as I walked slowly to the center and then your second "healing" word as I walked back out to new beginnings.
But don't worry if you're reading this after Solstice! I'll repeat the process and intention setting on the Full moon this Thursday, June 24th!
