I'm a couscous fan but find it boring - well that's my own fault as I don't take the time to prepare something like this. Looks awesome!

There are SOOOO MANY great couscous ideas we regularly use - it just takes some thinking to get the flavours and just enough juice so that in that last 5 min rest the yumminess can be absorbed into the almost ready couscous.
