To serve the family differently the white beans, I prepared a delicious cream, this time it was to enjoy a healthy snack, but it also serves as an accompaniment to any of our meals; You can also use other legumes even to combine them.
2 tazas de caraotas blancas
2 cucharadas de crema de ajonjolí (Tahina)
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
2 dientes de ajo
Sal al gusto
2 cups of white beans
2 tablespoons of sesame cream (Tahina)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste

🍵 I put the beans to soak for approximately 12 hours, and changed the water twice, then I put them to parboil without salt until they were very soft, in general I do it with all the legumes.
🍵 I squeezed the lemons and reserved them, I tell you that these creole lemons are small and very juicy .
🍵 Then into the blender I incorporated all the ingredients, if you want you can add a little of the water where you boiled the beans to soften the cream a little, this will depend on the texture you want.To finish I decorated it with olive oil, the spicy paprika and a few beans.
I served this delicious cream with wholemeal Swedish bread
