Hello my friends happy day to all. Today after a couple of weeks away, I bring you a delicious recipe very easy to prepare and the best thing is that it is very tasty. It is a meat and potato pie, I saw how my wife prepared it and I wanted to emulate her recipe, so in this post I will show you how to make it, I hope you like it.

Hola mis amigos feliz día para todos. Hoy luego de un par de semanas ausente, les traigo una deliciosa receta muy fácil de preparar y lo mejor es que es muy sabrosa. Se trata de un pastel de carne y papas, ví como mi esposa lo preparaba y quise emular su receta, así que en este post les mostraré como lo realice, espero les guste.


Ingredients

  • 500gr ground beef
  • 4 diced potatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • spices to taste
  • salt to taste

Ingredientes

  • 500gr de carne molida
  • 4 papás picada en cuadritos
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • especias al gusto
  • sal al gusto

Start cooking the potatoes in a pot with enough water and let them cook until they are soft. On the other side we take the ground beef and season it to taste and set aside for a few moments.

Comenzamos cocinando las papas, en una olla con suficiente agua la dejamos cocinar hasta que estén blandas. Por otro lado tomamos la carne molida y la sazonamos al gusto y reservamos por unos instantes.




In another pot we start frying the seasonings for about two minutes, after that time we add the previously seasoned meat and let it cook with a cup of water. In my case I like the meat a little dry.

En otra olla comenzamos a sofreír los aliños, por unos dos minutos, pasado ese tiempo agregamos la carne previamente sazonada y dejamos cocinar con una taza de agua.en mi caso me gusta la carne un poco seca.

Once the potatoes are ready, in this case soft, we remove them from the heat and drain the water, then we add a tablespoon of butter and start mashing until we create a puree. Then in a mold of your preference we take a quantity of puree and spread it all over the surface of the mold, and with our meat already ready we add a layer of it over the layer of puree, and then we add a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process until all the ingredients have been added. Once finished assembling we take it to the oven previously heated to 200⁰c for about 18 minutes.

Una vez las papas estén listas, en este caso blandas, las retiramos del fuego y escurrimos el agua, luego agregamos una cucharada de mantequilla y comenzamos a triturar hasta crear un puré. Luego en un molde de su preferencia tomamos una cantidad de puré y esparcimos por toda la superficie del molde, y con nuestra carne ya lista agregamos una capa de la misma sobre la capa de puré,y luego agregamos una capa de queso mozzarella. Repetimos el proceso hasta completar todos los ingredientes. Una vez terminado de armar lo llevamos al horno previamente calentado a 200⁰c por unos 18 minutos.
