Homemade Butterfly Pea Flowers Ice Cream
Some time ago I shared the Homemade Butterfly Pea Flowers Ice Cream recipe on my blog. You can read it HERE.
There is something different from the current appearance of the ice cream from the past.
At that time, my Butterfly Pea Flowers Ice Cream used a stick for serving.
As for now, I use a cone. The unique thing is, I use homemade cones from lemon peel.
Creating Cute Shapes
The use of homemade cone does have advantages in terms of photography. It is more artsy and offers a brighter color.
I carefully scoop out the Butterfly Pea Flowers Ice Cream, then arrange it in the lemon outer skin.
Previously I used lemon to make juice, so the inside of the lemon I used before.
The arrangement of ice cream on lemon zest is quite complicated. Several times I had to take out the ice cream again because of the wrong shape.
After getting the cute shape I wanted, then I added a little detail, adding a butterfly pea flower.
Result
Homemade Butterfly Pea Flowers Ice Cream that is both artsy and delicious! It looks like it is being sold on the market.
Maybe it's time I opened my health food cafe. :)
