Incorporar en nuestro menú alimenticio a las legumbres es de mucha importancia, ya que las arvejas como todas las legumbres, son una importante fuente de fibra, la cual ayuda a reducir niveles elevados de colesterol, azúcar en sangre y contribuye a regular el buen funcionamiento del intestino, evitando el estreñimiento, es por ello que siempre trato de incluirlas en mis platos principales.
Incorporating legumes into our food menu is very important, since peas, like all legumes, are an important source of fiber, which helps reduce high levels of cholesterol, blood sugar and contribute to regulate the proper functioning of the intestine, avoiding constipation, that is why I always try to include them in my main dishes.
