Mysore Bonda | Bonda recipe | Teatime Snack | Indian Snack | Mysore Bajji | Simple Bonda recipe

Mysore Bonda is a famous street shop's food all over India and other parts of the world. It goes very well with chutney, tea or coffee. The rice flour gives outer crispiness while the yogurt provides the inner softness. To get a perfect batter consistency for dropping, the amount of water need be added correctly while mixing. Overall it is a simple process which takes less than 20 minutes to make.
