Artemis Shares: 3 Easy & Delish Vegan Recipes to Try At Home

So many misconceptions about vegan cooking and vegan food!! And something more and more people are needing to understand, as they have vegan dinner guests, work-mates and family.

Plant-based is not always-only about animal welfare and is an increasing dietary choice for people living with cancer, people seeking optimal health through alkalinity, and people seeking to sidestep the "inevitable" poor health and weight gain that western diet seems to mandate in middle age.

Lots of people, too, are choosing Meatless Monday and seeking new ideas and recipes.

Vegan doesn't have to mean boring!! And it often just needs a little inspiration and know-how.

Each of the authors featured today is a post beneficiary, so please be generous.

my brother has been living a vegan life for 5 years. Although it is difficult to adapt, I think it is a healthy life. and I appreciate it. it's also not boring. I know that you always eat better food. ! Thanks for sharing these beautiful recipes and users with us.

The adaptation is a little challenging, especially for family and friends who haven't made the same journey or decision, but want to support their loved one. Do you have a special set of recipes and dishes for when your brother visits? It's also not a permanent choice for many people. Eh in Thailand, many people go vegan for the 3 months of the Buddhist rains retreat, each year, or for the 9 Day religious Vegan Festival in November.

Sharing great vegan recipes helps EVERYone.
