Otra manifestación humana que ha todos nos encanta el EL COMPARTIR. Les cuento que ha llegado de compartir una vez más con una comida apreciada a nivel global.

Les comento de los conocidos PERROS CALIENTES, cada uno de los invitados se los prepara en base a las preferencias que tengan de los ingredientes que estan a disposición para rellenarlos y conforme a la personalidad o estilo para preparalos. ¡Puro estilo!
I comment on the well-known HOT DOGS, each of the guests prepares them based on the preferences they have of the ingredients that are available to fill them and according to the personality or style to prepare them. ¡Pure style!
Algunos con más estilo que otros, pero lo que si es una constante es que todos no los comemos orgullosos y con una sorriza en el rostro. Acaso Haz visto a alguien comerse un perro caliente con mal genio, pues no lo creo.
Some with more style than others, but what is a constant is that we do not all eat them proudly and with a smile on our faces. Have you ever seen someone eat a hot dog with a bad temper, I don't think so.

Esta foto capta el sitio en donde ocurrirá toda la magia culinaria. Y como pueden observar...
LOS INGREDIENTES A UTILIZAR SON LOS SIGUIENTES:
- Panes para perros calientes.
- Salchichas.
- Zanahoria.
- Papas.
- Cebolla.
- Remolacha
- Berenjena
- Mostaza.
- Mayonesa.
- Salsa de Tomate.
-Vinagre.
- Repollo.
- Aceite Vegetal.
Nota: las cantidades de cada uno de los ingredientes depende del numero de personas y que tanto apetito tienen. ;)

THE INGREDIENTS TO USE ARE THE FOLLOWING:
- Hot dog breads.
- Sausages.
- Carrot.
- Potato.
- Onion.
- Beetroot
- Eggplant
- Mustard.
- Mayonnaise.
- Ketchup.
-Vinegar.
- Cabbage.
- Vegetable oil.
Note: the amounts of each of the ingredients depends on the number of people and how much appetite they have. ;)

Vamos a higienizar las verduras y hortalizas a utilizar. Es muy importante. Mucho más en tiempos de pandemia.
En Especial lavado con el repollo, con agua y vinagre es perfecto.
We are going to sanitize the vegetables to be used. It's very important. Much more in times of pandemic.
Special washing with cabbage, with water and vinegar is perfect.

La lavar el repollo procedemos a cortalo finamente y colocarlo en un recipiente.
Con respecto a las papas, zanahorias, cebolla y remolacha, quitar la concha y cortar el resto finamente.
When washing the cabbage we proceed to cut it finely and place it in a container.
Regarding potatoes, carrots, onion and beets, remove the shell and cut the rest finely.

La berenjena la incorpore como uno de los ingredientes, a petición de uno de los invitados. Además tenia curiosidad como sabria al añadirla como parte del relleno.
Puedes cortarlas en pequeños triangulos o cuadritos.
The aubergine is incorporated as one of the ingredients, at the request of one of the guests. I was also curious how I would know when adding it as part of the filling.
You can cut them into small triangles or squares.

El proceso de freir las papas y la berenjena picada es variente, pero lo que si es seguro es que solo dura un par de Minutos ¡Gracias al Aceite Vegetal caliente y sus maravillas!
The process of frying the potatoes and the chopped aubergine is varied, but what is certain is that it only lasts a couple of minutes ¡Thanks to the hot Vegetable Oil and its wonders!

El proceso de cocción de las salchichas fue el sigueinte: Las sancoche al vapor. Solo necesitas añadir agua y colocar en un repipiente las salchichas por arriba de la altura del agua hirviendo y dejarlas tadadas por un par de minutos.

The process of cooking the sausages was as follows: The steamed steamers. You just need to add water and place the sausages in a bowl above the height of the boiling water and leave them cooked for a couple of minutes.

Colocamos por unidad de pan una unidad de salchicha, Luego papitas fritas. Recuerden... es mi estilo personal.

Es hora del resto de las verduras y hortalizas. Yo coloque un poco repollo, remolacha, zanahoria y berenjena ¡Queria saber lo que tenia para ofrecer la berenjena en esta ecuación!
De las salsa añadi en uno de los perros calientes solo salsa de tomate y moztaza. En otros los comi con toda las salsas... incluyendo la mayonesa.
Time for the rest of the greens and vegetables. I put some cabbage, beetroot, carrot and eggplant. ¡I wanted to know what the eggplant had to offer in this equation!
Of the sauce I added in one of the hot dogs only tomato sauce and mustard. In others I ate them with all the sauces... including the mayonnaise.
