Several months ago, I had the opportunity to share my expertise in smoothie making with Tropika Cafe, a cafe owned by my friend which I already shared here in my blog. You can click it here.

I have been looking forward to this collaboration because my friend mentioned it to me even before they started planning to open a cafe and for it to finally happen, I was ecstatic.

I taught the staff and my friend, Weng how to prepare the smoothies and what are the tricks and techniques to make them efficient and cost-friendly. I taught the team proper handling and slicing of the fruits. I also showed them how to pack and store the smoothies properly.

Prior to the training, I had already designed the presentation for the bowls and just refer to it during the training. I came up with 5 flavors, but Weng only choose 3 to be included in their menu.

Here are the photos of the smoothies and its brief description.

I am so happy that Weng and the rest of the team were happy to learn and make smoothie bowls. I am so grateful to be able to share my knowledge with them and make the smoothie bowl accessible to the people of Zamboanguita!

Dear amigo @asasiklause, Is the woman next to you your girlfriend?
Is she her name Weng? Her name appears to be of Chinese Filipino descent.
The way you are making the smoothie looks the most strict and serious!
Your expression making a smoothie looks the most strict and serious! I felt like you was putting your soul and life into the smoothie!

Those smoothie bowls look delicious. I I make smoothies but haven’t put them in a bowl. There are quite a few toppings. Do you have to make the smoothies thicker than usual to accommodate the toppings?

I still have not tried your talibowls, one of this day..

Yes please. Pamisita nya mo dri. Ahahahaha

These bowls look so delicious! The bowl itself is already nice so adding the smoothie in there, it's really so presentable~

I really appreciate people who are good in preparing foods. You have prepared it artistically. I see beauty within you as you express your beauty in preparing foods.

Thank you so much!
