Hi Foodies,

Today I'll be taking us through how I made my own homemade beans pudding that's what I called it in English but in my local language it is called Moi moi Elemi meji. Like I said it is called beans pudding with seven Good Life. I completed it this way because it doesn't just involve the pudding alone but it also contains some extra proteinous food substances like today egg and also fish.

I'll be taking us through the steps I took in order to make this particular homemade food meal which is highly protein meal for all ages and also it can be consumed in the morning in the afternoon or in the evening.

These are the raw materials or let me see the raw food stuff I made use of.

Brown Beans.

In this case you can use any brand or type of beans to carry out this particular food preparation but in my own case I used the brown beans. I further the food preparation by pouring the already sorted out brown beans into a bowl of water and soak it for a couple of minutes.

This is out the bins looks like when I was done with the sorting out of the beans. Sorting out like the removal of stones shaft and so on.

I also added some feel raw food stuff like the chili pepper likewise the red onions. I put more red onions because it is an appetizer and also eat meat the food more tasty and delicious.
