চিকেন ফ্রাই আমাদের দেশে জনপ্রিয় একটি খাবার , ছোট থেকে বড় সকলে চিকেন ফ্রাই খেতে পছন্দ করে , আমাদের দেশে চিকেন ফ্রাই বিক্রি করার জন্য অনেক রেস্টুরেন্ট রয়েছে , যে গুলো অনেক ভালো চলছে , চিকেন দিয়ে অনেক কিছুতৈরী করা হয় , এটা আমরা সকলেই জানি ,আমি সবসময় রেস্টুরেন্ট থেকে চিকেন ফ্রাই কিনি ,রেস্টুরেন্ট চিকেন ফ্রাই অনেক সুস্বাধু হয় ,কারণ রেস্টুরেন্ট চিকেন ফ্রাই অনেক ধরণের মসলা মিক্স করে ফ্রাই তৈরী করে ,আজকে আমি আমার বাসায় আমার নিজের মতো করে চিকেন ফ্রাই তৈরী করার চেষ্টা করলাম , এবং এখানে আমি সাফল্য হয়েছি ,আমার তৈরী করা চিকেন ফ্রাই রেস্টুরেন্ট মতো স্বাদ হয়েছে .
Chicken fry is a popular dish in our country, Everyone from young to old likes to eat chicken fry, There are many restaurants in our country to sell chicken fry, That's going very well, A lot is made with chicken, We all know that, I always bought chicken fries from restaurants, Restaurants are very delicious chicken fry, Because restaurants make chicken fries by mixing many kinds of spices, Today I tried to make my own chicken fry at home, And here I am, The chicken fry I made tasted like a restaurant,
আমি আজকে নিজে চিকেন ফ্রাই করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিলাম , আমি বাজার থেকে এক কেজি চিকেন নিয়ে আসলাম , এবং সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় মসলা কিনলাম , আজকে আমি আপনাদেরকে দেখাবো কি উপাদান গুলো আমি চিকেন ফ্রাই করতে ব্যবহার করেছি , এবং কি ভাবে চিকেন ফ্রাই করেছি , চলুন শুরু করি।

এটি সয়াসস , খাবারের স্বাদ বাড়ানোর জন্য অনেক কার্যকরী , আমার অনেক ভালো লাগে সয়াসস , সয়াসস আমি বাজার থেকে কিনে আনলাম , চিকেন ফ্রাই করার জন্য সয়াসস প্রয়োজন হবে , চিকেন এর সাথে মসলা এবং সয়াসস সাথে মেশানো হবে , স্বাদ বাড়ানোর জন্য সয়াসস অনেক কার্যকর ,
It's soy sauce, Very effective in enhancing the taste of food, I really like soy sauce, I bought soy sauce from the market, Soy sauce will be needed to fry the chicken, Chicken will be mixed with spices and soy sauce, Soy sauce is very effective in enhancing the taste.
আমি এখন চিকেন গুলো মধ্যে হলুদের গুঁড়া , মরিচের গুঁড়া , ধনিয়ার গুঁড়া, জিরার গুঁড়া , লবন , সয়াসস , টেস্টিংসল্ট ,রসুন গুঁড়া , আদা পেস্ট , এলাচি গুঁড়া , সয়াবিন তেল , মিক্স করে ফ্রাই করার জন্য প্রস্তুত করলাম।
I have now prepared turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, soy sauce, tasting salt, garlic powder, ginger paste, cardamom powder, soybean oil, mixed in the chicken and prepared for frying.
এটি ইলেকট্রিক চুলা , এই চুলা দিয়ে আমি সব ধরনের রান্না করি , এটার মাধ্যমে আমি আজ চিকেন ফ্রাই করবো , এই চুলাটি ২০০০ বোল্ট এ চলে , চিকেন ফ্রাই করার জন্য উপযোগী , আমি চুলাটি জ্বালিয়ে নিয়েছি , চুলার উপরে এমন একটি বস্তু বসিয়ে দিয়েছি ,যেটির উপরে চিকেন গুলো আমি রেখে ফ্রাই করবো।
This is an electric stove, I cook all kinds of things with this stove, With this I will fry the chicken today, This stove runs on 2000 bolts, Suitable for frying chicken, I set the stove on fire, I put an object on the stove on which I would put the chicken and fry it.
এখন আমি হালকা হাতে চুলার উপরে চিকেন দিয়ে দিচ্ছি , আমার এখানে থাকতে হবে এবং চিকেনের দিকে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যে চিকেন গুলি যেন পুড়ে না যায়।
Now I lightly put the chicken on the stove, I have to stay here and take care of the chicken so that the chicken shots don’t burn .
সবগুলো চিকেন আমি চুলার উপর দিয়ে রাখবো , কিছুক্ষন পর চুলার তাপ একটু কমিয়ে দিবো , কারণ চিকেন গুলো কিছুটা ভাজা হয়ে আসলে , তখন আগুনের টপ্ বেশি থাকলে পুড়ে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।

চিকেন এর এক পাশ ফ্রাই হয়ে গেলে , চিকেন গুলো আমি উল্টে দিবো অন্য পাশ হওয়ার জন্য, কিছুক্ষন সময় অপেক্ষা করলে দেখবেন , চিকেন গুলো ফ্রাই হয়ে গেছে , এবং অনেক সুন্দর কালার ধারণ করেছে , সাথে চিকেন ঘ্রান ছড়িয়ে যাবে চারদিকে , তখন আপনার ইচ্ছা হবে এখনই চিকেন ফ্রাই গুলো খেয়ে ,
