ভেরি ইজি ও সাধারণ রেসিপি ভেন্ডি ফ্রাই।
আজকে আমি আপনাদের সাথে আবারো নতুন একটি রেসিপি নিয়ে আসলাম , আজকের রেসিপির নাম ভেন্ডি ফ্রাই , আপনারা সবাই এই ভেন্ডি চিনেন , খুব সহজে বাসায় এই রেসিপি রান্না করা সহজ , আমি আজকে আপনাদের সাথে খুব সহজ এবং সুস্বাদু একটি রেসিপি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করবো , আমরা সবাই জানি শাকসবজিতে প্রচুর পরিমান ভিটামিন থাকে , সবজি জাতীয় খাবারের মধ্যে এই ভেন্ডি সবজিও আমাদের দেশে অনেক জনপ্রিয় , অনেককেই এই রেসিপি অনেক পছন্দ করে থাকেন , এই ভেন্ডি সবজি সাধাৰণটো পিছলা হয়ে থাকে , এই খাবার খেতে অনেক সহজ হয় এবং এর স্বাদ অনেক বেশি , আমি আশাকরি আমার আজকের রেসিপিটিও আপনাদের কাছে ভালো লাগবে , আজকে আমি কিভাবে ভেন্ডি ফ্রাই করলাম তা বলবো এবং ছবিতে দেখাবো।

পেঁয়াজ কুচি ও কাঁচা মরিচ টুকরো নিয়ে নিলাম।

এখন চুলায় কড়াই বসিয়ে দিবো কড়াই গরম হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করবো।
When the pan is hot, pour oil into the pan and when the oil is hot, fry the onion in the oil.
কড়াই গরম হলে কড়াইয়ে তেল ঢেলে দিবো এবং তেল গরম হলে তেলের মধ্যে পেঁয়াজ কুচি ফ্রাই করে নিবো।
Once the onions are fried, leave the vendi in the pan, and mix .
পেঁয়াজ ফ্রাই করা হয়ে গেলে ভেন্ডি গুলো কড়াইয়ে ছেড়ে দিবো , এবং মিশিয়ে নিবো।
With vendi I will mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and the same amount of salt and pepper and cook for a while.
ভেন্ডি সাথে আমি আধা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো ও পরিমান মত লবন ও কাঁচামরিচ দিয়ে ভালো করে মিক্স করে কিছুক্ষন রান্না করবো।
