Ingredientes
- Parchita, 6 grandes.
- Leche condensada, 395gramos.
- Agua fría, 2 vasos 1/2.
Ingredients

- Condensed milk, 395 grams.
- Cold water, 2 glasses 1/2.
Inicio quitando las conchas de parchita para extraer su pulpa. Reservamos.
Start by removing the parchita shells to extract the pulp. Set aside.
En un vaso de licuadora añadimos la parchita.
In a blender cup add the parchita.
Luego; agua fría.
Then; cold water.
Licuamos.
We blend.
Colamos.
We strain.
Después de colar, repetimos licuar e ir añadiendo poco a poco la leche condensada.
After straining, repeat blending and gradually add the condensed milk.
Servimos.
We serve.
