COOKING "TORTANG TALONG" FOR OUR BREAKFAST

Good morning guys, it is Sunday today and it is both our day off so I decided to cook something for our breakfast. We went outside and saw someone selling eggplant so I decided to buy it to cook it. We decided to cook "tortang talong". Tortang talong for me is just basically boiled eggplant mixed with eggs and then fried. Join me as I show you step by step on how to cook it.

So lets start, first thing to do is to wash you eggplant and put it in a pan with water and let the water boil to make the eggplant cooked and smooth.

You must cook it side by side until it become brown and tender. Once it become brown and tender, you can now get it out the watee and pill its skin.

Then crack some eggs and add salt and pepper into it for fl

Then crack some eggs and add some salt and pepper into it to taste. After that, soak your pilled eggplant into it and fry it with a low heat to make sure that it will become crispy on the outside.

Then once you already fried each side of it and is already crispy, that means that it is already cooked and you can now take it outbof the pan to eat.

We also cooked some ground corn to partner it with our tortang talong. Then you can also dip it into a ketchup to add extra flavor into it. Lets eat guys <3
