Yam prepared in a different and delicious way you will always love to have.

Hello hiveians

It's noon and time for lunch

For awhile now I have been eating just boiled yam and palm oil or sometimes I used groundnut oil but today I decided to prepare something different with my yam and gain other nutrients from what I eat.

Eating food should not just eating because you are hungry but eat to gain more nutrients to your body with will helpful to your health

In my kitchen today, I'm preparing yam with pumpkin leaves, join me in my kitchen for the preparation

Ingredients

  • yam
  • pumpkin
  • pepper
  • tomatoes
  • fish
  • onions
  • Palm oil
  • salt
  • seasoning

I blend the pepper and tomatoes and also sliced the pumpkin and onions

I poured everything on my ingredients list except the pumpkin leaves in a pot and added water to cover it up then I placed on fire for it to cook

I allowed it to cook for awhile until the yam is soft and I added the pumpkin leaves and stir together.

that's it my lunch is read to be eaten
