Hello Foodie lovers 💗, I hope you are feeling great. Today I bring you a sweet, super simple and short recipe that takes only 2 INGREDIENTS, can you believe it? It is an oreo mousse, over here I will share you the steps ⬇️ I hope you like it.
Ingredientes :
- Crema de leche.
- Galletas oreo.
Ingredients :
- Milk cream.
- Oreo cookies.
Preparación
Paso 1️⃣
En un bold agregaremos 200ml de crema de leche, con mucha paciencia y un batidor manual vamos a batir hasta que la leche vaya tomando una consistencia espesa. (Si tienes batidora eléctrica te será mucho más útil ya que te llevara menos tiempo pero, recuerda no batir mucho para no cortar la leche)
Paso 2️⃣
Cuando ya nuestra crema de leche comience a agarrar la consistencia que deseamos vamos a tomar las galletas oreo y las meteremos en una bolsa para triturarlas (Si deseas puedes triturarlas en su mismo empaque)

In a bold we will add 200ml of milk cream, with a lot of patience and a manual whisk we are going to beat until the milk is taking a thick consistency. (If you have electric mixer it will be much more useful as it will take you less time but, remember not to beat too much not to cut the milk).Step 2️⃣
When our milk cream starts to get the consistency we want, we will take the oreo cookies and put them in a bag to crush them (If you want you can crush them in the same package).
Paso 3️⃣
Agregaremos las galletas a la crema y mezclamos hasta que se incorporen, servimos en nuestro recipiente y llevamos a la nevera por 5 horas. En mi caso lo deje toda la noche para mejor consistencia.
Step 3️⃣
We will add the cookies to the cream and mix until incorporated, serve in our bowl and take to the fridge for 5 hours. In my case I left it overnight for better consistency.
Decoración
Al retirar nuestro postre de la nevera lo vamos a decorar con galletas trituradas y galletas enteras de oreo, si deseas puedes agregarle crema chantilly o salsa de chocolate, todo dependerá a tu gusto.
Decoration
When removing our dessert from the refrigerator we will decorate it with crushed cookies and whole oreo cookies, if you wish you can add whipped cream or chocolate sauce, everything will depend on your taste.
