This is my entry:
A joghurt-creamcheese-honey-strawberry thingie easter dessert
I already told in the blog this week that I am preparing recipes and trying quick things because we are celebrating easter next weekend and I am the chef. Please if you are interested in what i am plaaning to make read my blog :
You need Blueberries, ( I am making 4 desserts ) as a trial.
Greek Joghurt is the best base if you ask me.
Strawberries and banana, although as you see in the end I forgot to use it.
We call these sweet little friends ZOMERKONINGKJES in dutch.
The joghurt I put on a wet kitchen towel and a bowl, I leave it for 1 hour, outside of the fridge. All the water will be out through the kitchen towel in the bowl and can be trown away.
That will be sort of a new creamcheese substance. That I put in the fridge for 20 minutes while I prepare the rest.
I than take strawberry jam, for the filling.
Dairy cream with sugar ( yep my diet died last week )
Honey for alongside the inside of the glasses, that will be a shining through the dessert glasses.
Sugar for the sweeter taste if nesseccary and as you wish.
I put just a bit in it. Yes all are my hands and fingers. You need to proove that you made the dish.
.... than just put it all together.
Than is time to make up the glasses. I put the blue berries at the bottom.
I took double wanded glasses this time.
I added whipped cream twice, just to celebrate that my diet died.
As a topping I used Milka chocolate wit caramel and nuts.
And some mint leaves for the nice touch.
On top of the blue berries, i put some cream cheese, than the strawberry jam, honey on the glass and than creamcheese joghurt again. Some straberries and the last cheese layer.
Top it of with jam, and a strawberry or mint and chocolate, just to your own taste.
This is my entry to the contest. I am a sponsor so I am not a contestant I am just a fan of the contest founder’s idea to have great custard ideas for easter,

Good morning @brittandjosie! Yesterday I curated your publication, but here it was too late and I didn't have time to comment on it (I always comment on my cures). Well, I have to tell you that I really liked your post, that even if you are not competing in the initiative it is very important, as it establishes a line, an example that the contestants can easily follow. I really liked the photos, they are really explanatory and beautiful, very sharp and placed sequentially, which implies that just looking at them, even without reading, they are a guide for the replication of this recipe; In addition, you are talking about the experience of making dessert, you give us information about the names of strawberries in your country, and that you have broken the diet, hahahaha, which implies a context, a story, which are necessary to make the recipe something emotional and important. Very good post. A big greeting from Venezuela.
