Hoy, a mi mamá le sacaron una muela y como parte fundamental de su recuperación es la dieta líquida, por eso le hice una rica crema de verduras.
Today, my mother had a tooth removed and a liquid diet is a fundamental part of her recovery, so I made her a so yummy vegetable cream.

| 1 apio | 1 celery |
| 200 g auyama/calabaza | 200 g pumpkin |
| 1 ocumo/ñame | 1 yam |
| 1 cebolla | 1 onion |
| 2 ajís | 2 chili peppers |
| 2 ramas de cebollín | 2 sprigs of chives |
| Sal al gusto | Salt to taste |
Proceso | Process
1-. Lavar y picar las verduras.
1-. Wash and chop the vegetables.
2-. Tomar un par de huesos de pollo y lavarlos. Esto para darle más sabor a la crema.
2-. Take a couple of chicken bones and wash them. This to give the cream more flavor.
3-. Colocamos todo en una olla grande con suficiente agua y colocar a hervir.
3-. We put everything in a large pot with enough water and bring to a boil.
4-. Dejar hervir por unos 20 minutos, agregar sal, remover y dejar hervir hasta que las verduras estén blandas.
4-. Boil for about 20 minutes, add salt, stir and simmer until the vegetables are soft.
5-. Una vez lista nuestra sopa, es el momento de licuarla y convertirla en una rica crema.
