El durazno es una de las frutas que mejor combina en un postre. No es necesario hacer una torta muy complicada, hacer esta torta puede ser muy fácil.

Preparamos un bizcocho de vainilla sencillo, esta receta ya se las he compartido anteriormente de Bizcocho de Vainilla.

Este bizcocho lo cortamos a la mitad y lo rellenamos con crema pastelera de vainilla

Para cubrir podemos usar Crema chantilly o merengue suizo que también funciona muy bien, además con una manga pastelera podemos hacer unos picos en los extremos de la torta, dejando la parte del centro libre.

Finalmente lo decoramos con los duraznos en almibar que puedes comprar en cualquier supermercado. Los colocamos de manera bien alineada en el centro de la torta, incluso usando el almibar que es lo más delicioso.
