You need a banana, a tablespoon of oatmeal, an egg and a dash of vanilla...
Smash the banana with a fork.
Place in a bowl and add the egg & mix it.
Add vanilla and the tablespoon of oatmeal. If it's necessary, add a little more oatmeal until you get a thick mixture.
Cook in a nonstick skillet until brown on each side.
And it's time to decorate. Honey and pieces of banana
